Check in and set up begins at 8:00 AM. Vendors must be out of the building & space cleared by 9:00 PM. Do NOT start tearing down your booth until Expo ends at 6:00 PM!
Fees are stated below. Each 8 x 10 Booth comes with an 8 foot table & 1 chairs. Electricity is on a first come first serve basis. A limited amount of extra tables are available for $10.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL! Reserve your table before June 1st and get 8' x 10' Booth with one table and one Chair $89. Extra table and chair $10 extra. After June 1st price goes up to $99 for 1 table/chair.

Premier Event Center does charge a $500 clean up fee. Please make sure your area is clean when you leave.
Booth Space: Booths are an 8x4 space, without piping. Booths include one 8’ x 2 1/2’ table and one chair. If electricity is needed, vendors must supply their own extension cords, surge protectors, etc. Surge protectors are necessary.
Booth space will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. We will attempt to honor any special needs as we are able, but to guarantee the best space, please get your application and payment in as soon as possible.
Food Service: We will have a food vendor to supply food and drinks for our customers and vendors. No prepared food or alcoholic beverages may be sold or served, however, samples are allowed and vendors may bring in their own snacks and/or lunch.
Parking: All vendors must unload quickly and then vendors must move their vehicles to the parking furthest from the event center. We need all available spaces for our guests.
